There is no hospital. You do not lose troops permanently, so you can fight aggressively without ruining your main account.
Exclusive battlefield currency used to attack buildings and instantly reset the 1-minute defeat cooldown.

Magic Cores are your battlefield fuel
You need Magic Cores to attack buildings and castles. If you run out, you cannot fight.
Magic Cores generate over time during the battle.
Gathering tiles spawn periodically and help keep your queues active.
If you lose an attack or defense, your queue enters a 1-minute cooldown. Instant revive costs 100 Magic Cores.
