Management rules
Swap Villagers for the Job
Smart Management Rules
- Strategic Swapping: You do not need every villager active 24/7. Swap in Building HP only during War Days, then switch back to production buffs.
- Do Not Merge Blindly: Only merge if you have a plan. Two Gray villagers with 0.6% each are better than one Green with 1%. Do not upgrade until you have spare copies.
- Boost Production Only: For farms and mines, only use Production Boost. Ignore Storage Time traits entirely.
Advanced Tactics
- Queue Status (Defensive): Prioritize Damage Reduction over Damage Increase. Staying alive in Adventure Mode is more valuable than raw DPS.
- Hospital Sets (Swap): Keep two sets: Capacity for War Days to prevent deaths, and Healing Speed for recovery.
- Training Grounds (Setup): Aim for 1 villager per faction, plus a 2nd one for your main faction to boost soldier caps.
