Match plan

Play for survival first.

Avoid early coin flips

Do not burn lineups fighting stronger players before the map forces conflict.

Watch safe buildings

The poison fog steadily pushes everyone inward, so move before damage becomes expensive.

Save swing items

Barrels, traps, cages, and barriers win fights when enemies have fewer escape options.

2
Before the battle

Set queues before you match.

1

Open Island Trial

Go to the Events tab and select Island Trial.

2

Set your Queue lineups

Before the match starts, set your Queue lineups. Sync All can quickly import your current formations.

3

Join a time slot

When a time slot opens, tap Match to enter the battlefield.

4

Plan your first move

Scout nearby movement and avoid starting your match by running into the strongest visible player.

Battlefield rules

The map itself forces the fights.

The poison fog

As the match progresses, deadly fog closes in. Staying in the fog deals continuous damage and forces players toward the center.

Building combat

Combat is triggered when two players enter the same building. Lineups battle automatically once the fight starts.

Tactical movement

You can change direction while traveling to a building. Redirect to avoid stronger players or bait them into worse routes.

Rest periods matter: after a battle, there is a short rest period where you can leave the building or use items before the next fight begins.

Airdrops and buildings

Items can flip a losing fight.

Buildings and airdrops contain items that can change the tide of battle. Strong players still lose if they walk into traps, sit inside explosives, or burn healing too early.

Item Effect
Healing Scroll Restores 8% of all troop power.
Revival Potion Revives a lineup and restores 30% troop power.
Antidote Grants temporary immunity to poison fog, but repeated use weakens the effect.
Decoy Scroll Sends a decoy march to confuse other players.
Fire Bottle Burns all enemies currently inside a building.
Gunpowder Barrel Deals heavy damage to everyone inside a building.
Trap Damages enemy formations as they enter a building.
Imprisonment Cage Traps enemies in a building for 30 seconds.
Protective Barrier Blocks one instance of Fire Bottle, Trap, or Gunpowder Barrel damage.

Pro strategy tips

  • Monitor the fog: always prioritize buildings inside the safe zone.
  • Play the item game: use airdrops to stock offensive items like Gunpowder Barrels.
  • Feint and redirect: dodge high-power players by changing direction mid-march.
  • Preserve lineups: a healthy second lineup can decide the final fight.
  • Do not camp blindly: buildings can become traps when multiple players collapse.
  • Use barriers on purpose: save Protective Barrier for known item threats.
