Tower Strategy & Etiquette

Unlocked via the Lord's Hall (Lvl 21). These deployable structures can turn the tide of war or boost your guild's boss damage.

BUFF

Tower of Light

The "Support" Tower

Creates a zone that buffs Attack & Defense for all guild members inside. It is invisible to enemies (mostly) and does not affect them.

Best Uses

  • World Bosses: Place directly on the boss to boost guild DPS.
  • Hive Defense: Place in the center of your guild hive to buff defenders.
DEBUFF

Tower of Darkness

The "War" Tower

Creates a zone that Debuffs all non-friendly units. It weakens enemy Attack/Defense. Essential for KvK and territory wars.

Best Uses

  • Choke Points: Place on narrow paths to weaken incoming marches.
  • Enemy Hives: Drop on an enemy guild to soften their defenses before attacking.

COMMUNITY RULE #1

NEVER place a Tower of Darkness on a public World Boss.

Since the Dark Tower debuffs everyone who is not in your guild, placing one on a World Boss (like Golem or Slime) weakens the entire server. This is considered "toxic" behavior.

Consequence: Most top guilds will destroy these towers on sight and may declare war on your guild. Use a Light Tower instead.

Mechanics & FAQ

Do Towers Stack?

No. If multiple towers of the same type cover the same area, only the highest level tower applies its effect.

Tip: Don't waste resources dropping 5 towers on one spot. Coordinate with your guild to spread them out for maximum coverage.

How to Unlock?

Requires Lord's Hall Level 21.

  • Tower of Light: Often linked to "Harvest Lord" traits.
  • Tower of Darkness: Often linked to "War Lord" traits.
